School Day of Non-violence and peace.
Hi, there!
I heard the following sentence and I thought it would be a good idea to share it with you: If everyone does a little bit, it all adds up to a lot.
What do you think? It is a brilliant idea, is it?
I'd also like to share this song. I hope you like it.
Remember Gandhi's words:"Love is better than egoism, Non-violence is better than violence and Peace is better than war".

My favourite Elvis' song.
Listen to the song and tell your classmate about the story: what happened?
Lyrics:
Elvis Presley, Return to sender.
I gave a letter to the postman,
he put it in his sack.
Bright and early next morning,
he brought my letter back.
She wrote upon it:
Return to sender, address unknown.
No such number, no such zone.
We had a quarrel, a lover's spat
I write I'm sorry but my letter keeps coming back.
So then I dropped it in the mailbox
And sent it special D.
Bright and early next morning
it came right back to me.
She wrote upon it:
Return to sender, address unknown.
No such person, no such zone.
This time I'm gonna take it myself
and put it right in her hand.
And if it comes back the very next day
then I'll understand the writing on it
Return to sender, address unknown.
No such number, no such zone.

Welcome back!
Are you happy to be back at school?
You haven't seen your classmates for about two weeks, so I presume you will have lots of things to tell each other. Ask your partner about:
You haven't seen your classmates for about two weeks, so I presume you will have lots of things to tell each other. Ask your partner about:
- If they went away for the holiday.
- What they did on Xmas eve.
- What they had for lunch on Xmas day.
- What they did on New Year's Eve.
- What time they went to bed on New Year's Eve.
- If they made any New Year Resolutions.
- What they got from the Three Kings.
- If they like Xmas, why? or Why not?
- .....
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
